Coastline Volleyball Club is proud to bring its proven player development model, championship culture, and commitment to excellence to the Clayton and Johnston County area through the launch of Coastline West.

Since our founding, Coastline Volleyball Club has become one of Eastern North Carolina's most successful and respected volleyball organizations. Built on a foundation of athlete development, accountability, teamwork, and competitive excellence, Coastline has helped hundreds of athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and compete at the highest levels of the sport.

As our club has grown, so has the demand for quality volleyball training and opportunities across North Carolina. Coastline West was created to provide athletes in the Triangle, Clayton, and Johnston County communities access to the same coaching philosophy, training standards, and player-first approach that have made Coastline a recognized leader in youth volleyball.

Meet Our Director of Coaching

Jeff Larsen

Leading Coastline West is Jeff Larsen, a highly respected coach with more than twenty years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for the game of volleyball.

Jeff brings a unique perspective to athlete development, having played nearly every position on the court throughout his volleyball career, including setter, middle blocker, outside hitter, opposite hitter, and libero. His collegiate playing career at the University of Utah and the University of Georgia further expanded his understanding of the game and culminated in a season serving as a player-coach.

Throughout his coaching career, Jeff has been dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential while fostering confidence, discipline, leadership, and a love for competition. His ability to teach both individual skills and complex team systems allows him to develop well-rounded players prepared for success at every level.

Jeff's coaching philosophy centers around:
